In case you receive any defective items from us, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the relevant item. We will bear the responsibility of accepting your return according to our Return Policy.
We understand that sometimes you may not 100% satisfy with your purchase. No worries, we have a return policy for customers of Airsoft Tiger111hk. At Airsoft Tiger111hk, we will honor a store credit exchange if you truly regret your purchase. However, we do not refund cash.
1. Return & Refund Requirement :
If you receive a damaged/ defective item(s), chose wrong or received wrong item(s), please email us the order number and the product condition within 7 days after you had received the shipment. The date of receive will base on the information provided by the delivery companies.
*Please note that we do not accept returns after 3 days of completed delivery. Tiger111HK reserves the right to deny any request for returns made 3 days after completed delivery.
2. Get an Approval for Returns:
You must get an approval for returns from Tiger111HK. After notifing us by email, our staff will reply your email and confirm the reasons of returns.
Unapproved returns will be refused or disregarded. Returns without request will be rejected without exception.
*The returns and re-send shipping fees are fully borne by the customer.
3. Conditions of Return Items:
3.1 The damaged/defective item(s) must be returned to us with secure packages and wraps.
3.2 Regretted purchased items must be in perfect condition with all original packaging and manuals. Products cannot be scratched, dented, or used in any way. If disassembled or modified products, we will not honor returns.
If you request for an exchange, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your requests. If we find the problem(s), we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) via Regular Air Mail ONLY. Otherwise, the original item will be sent back to you.
No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered Air Mail, Courier services, Express Mail or Next Day Air services.
It generally takes about 4-5 weeks to process a return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
* We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Returnable and Non- returnable Items (without return reason):
We accept all types of guns, including:
- Gas Guns
- Spring Guns
- Sniper and Classic Rifles
***Products cannot be scratched, dented, or used in any way. If the products are disassembled and/or modified in any way, we will not honor returns.***
However, we do not accept returns of the following types of products (without return reason):
- Combat Gear
- Airsoft Magazines
- Upgrade Parts
- Accessories, which includes everything listed under our Accessories Section
- Battery or Chargers
- Books or Stationery
Returned products must be in brand new condition with all original packaging and manuals. Missing items can incur up to a 50% restocking fee, or denial for return.
5. Returns fees:
5.1 Shipping cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, a 15% of restocking fee will be applied to the returned product(s) and you will be credited with 85% of the original value of that returned item(s).
5.2 Refund credit
Let's take the below order information as an example.
1x M4A1 AEG
For this particular order, only the M4A1 is returnable. The vest and mask are Combat Gear, which are both non-returnable. If a customer wants to return the M4A1 AEG, first, he/ she must email to us within 2 days after received the shipment. Later, Tiger111HK staff will reply to the customer for an approval. Then, the M4A1 can be returned.
Customers have to pay for the shipping charges of returning the M4A1 AEG, and a 15% of restocking fee will be applied,
i.e. 15% of US$ 158 = US$ 23.7
so the customer will be credited US$134.3 ($158-$23.7).
*Additional fees will be incurred if the item is damaged, is missing manuals or parts, or appears used.
6. Processing Time:
It generally takes about 4-5 weeks to process a return. The duration depends on the time needed for shipment and delivery back to Tiger111HK. We recommend that you send your return(s) by a reliable shipping company and we are not responsible for any lost returns.
Please let us know the tracking information after you mailed the item(s). Once the return item arrives at Tiger111HK, we will let you know and process the refund.

8. Customs Duties and Taxes
When ordering from Airsoft Tiger111hk, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and/or any additional charges for custom clearance. We have to clarify that Tiger111hk.com has no control over these charges, and Tiger111HK is not responsible for the import duties and taxes of your country.
If any parcels returned to Tiger111HK by the destination country customs due to your refusal to pay for customs duties and/or taxes, the shipping of your orginal order will not be refund. Also, a 15% of restocking fee will be applied to the returned product, and you will be credited with 85% of the original value of that returned item(s).
