The M700 Series are a hunting rifle series developed since 1962, based on the same centerfire bolt action. It comes in a large number of variants in different stocks, barrel configurations, metal finishes and calibers.

M700PSS (Police Sharp Shooter) is the police used variant of M700 family, mainly sale and used by the Law Enforcement unit in countries. It had a heavier and thicker barrel for increased accuracy and reduced recoil. M700PSS and the laterest model M700P, is also marketed to privated citizens and become popular with shooters and hunters who like the “Government issue” appearance as well as the handling and accuracy.
