  1. How can I find my package tracking number?



    1: You must join our member and login to your Account.


    2: Made and paid your order.
        You can click "My Account" on the top of the website.


    3: Then, you can find the tracking number in "Overview" (show all orders) or "My Orders" (View the order I have made.)
        If the status of the order is shipped, that means we ship the order out and we remark tracking number in the order.
        Please click "View" button to get more information.
        The tracking number is showed in the order history.

        Please be advised that small air parcel do not provide the tracking number.

  2. How to check my order status?

  3. How many types of the order status?


    1. Paypal Processing :

    Completed place an order on our website and send out your order, but have not completed your payment.

    2. Paypal Payment Completed :

    Completed payment on Paypal and success credit on your credit card. Your order status will change to Paypal Payment Completed and you will received a email from Tiger111hk. ( If you have completed payment and success to debit your credit card, but your order have not change to Paypal Payment Completed. Please contact us or Live Chat with us. )

    3. On Hold :

    If your order have any problems or payment problems, Tiger111hk will on hold your order. And you will receive a email from Tiger111hk about the problem of your order. Please reply Tiger111hk's email as soon as possible.

    4. Cancel :

    If you want to cancel your order, please contact Tiger111hk's colleagues.

    5. Payment Failed :

    Success place an order on our website but have not completed payment. Or Tiger111hk's colleagues have not received that order's Paypal Transaction ID.
    If you have made the payment, you can send the transaction id to us for confirmation.

    6. Waiting Package :

    Tiger111hk packing your order and prepare to send out.

    7. Shipped: 

    The order is shipped out and we remark tracking number with the order if you choose EMS or Registration mail.

    8. Waiting Reply Email :

    Tiger111hk sent a email to you about your order and waiting for your reply.

    You may placed dupecate order. Please check which order you paid.  You can check your order status on your "my account"

    and do not send order inquiries to our Paypal account.
    If you sent your inquiry during weekends or public holidays, please expect an answer by the following business day.
