This 12 inch M4 Assault Rifle, known as Defender Assault Rifle, comes with the DD (Daniel Defense) Licenced RIS-II handguard, which is the standard equipment of the MK18 MOD 1, rather than the std RIS/RAS hand guard for user to choose. It's short, user-friendly and more solid when compare with the RIS / RAS hand guard and allow user to attach more rail accessories. Also, Defender comes with the filp up front and rear sight which allow user to use their scopes or red-dot sight more easily or they can use it for backup.
