Kimber Warrior Series are custom made M1911 that are based on the Kimber ICQB (Interim Close Quarter Battle) Pistol, which was specially built for the United States Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). Both ICQB and Warrior Series Pistol have an ambidextrous thumb safety, a lanyard loop, an internal extractor, and, in contrast to other Kimber Custom models, a milspec type recoil spring guide rod to allow easier field stripping without tools.
