| I purchased this specific upper but don't recall if screws were included. However, I also purchased a B10 lower and between those two products, the screws were included. I just don't remember which one came with screws. Note, the upper is designed to work with compatible lowerhandguard, example B10, B11, B30. So you will need both, and between the two, you should be covered. Also, not knowing where you live the screws are t that uncommon and you can find replacements at hardware store like home depot. -by **sselbusch
