| Yes, there is a set screw on the top of the bolt which can be loosened to allow a larger flat head screw to be adjusted within the nozzle of the bolt. | The PPS KAR98 is a clone of the original TANAKA rifle (simular but not compatible ot the G&G version).
There is setscrew (which functions as a lock screw) you can remove to access a large brass screw. This screw adjust the airflow through the bolt on firing. In the fully closed position the rifle will fire around 320 FPS/0.2g and fully opened it will fire 600 FPS/0.2g.
However it should be noted that the lower-fps settings produce large variations if FPS while the higher FPS setting does not. TLTR: The higher FPS setting is more consistent at the cost of a higher gas usage. -by **illy added 2020-08-05 22:31:230 |
