M40 Sniper Rifle is a bolt-action sniper rifle used by US Marine Corps from Vietnam War and built from the famous M700 Military Version. It has had 4 variants – M40 which introduced in 1966, M40A1 in 1980, M40A3 in 2001 and M40A5 in 2009. It is different from the M24 using by US Army while they are all used M700 as basis and chambered 7.62x51 NATO (.308 Winchester) round. M40 used a short action bolt which designed for shorter cartridge like 7mm/08 Remington and .243 Winchester, but M24 used the long action for full-length cartridge like .30-06 Springfield, 7mm Remington Magnum and .300 Winchester Magnum.

Comes with a removable rear stock (adjustable cheek rest is included). Lower frame can exchange with APS APM50 Cartridge Ejection Sniper Rifle Series. Adjustable trigger pull (trigger stroke is also adjustable). Comes with 45 round metal magazine.
