S19 is a compact version of the standard size S17 which fires the same round as S17 and introduced in 1988, mainly for military and law enforcement. It comes with a smaller frame, a shorter barrel and slide, and a double-stack magazine with 15 rds capacity. It can share the same mags that S17 used, even the long mag for S18C.

Stark Arms S19 has a hidden fire selector which developed from the S18C GBB Pistol. User need to lock the slide and reach the hidden fire selector behind the nozzle base.
