  2. Customs Issues

Airsoft is legal in most countries, including the US, UK and most other countries in Europe. Airsoft is legal in Canada but Canadian customs have chosen to prohibit importation through mail-order and as such, we do not guarantee any sort of gun shipments there. Parts and accessory shipments to Canada are acceptable.
Our airsoft guns are shipped in unaltered form to all countries where airsoft is legal. This means that the guns have all original trademarks (where they are engraved by the manufacturer) and no orange paint of any kind is applied. The one exception is the United States, where laws require that airsoft guns are marked to indicate that they are not real weapons. The US law states as follows:
According to the regulation of the US Customs, the following applies:
Distinctive marking or device; exception; waiver; adjustments
     and changes
Except as provided in paragraph (2) or (3), each toy, look-alike, or imitation firearm shall have as an integral part, permanently affixed, a blaze orange plug inserted in the barrel of such toy, look-alike, or imitation firearm. Such plug shall be recessed no more than 6 millimeters from the muzzle end of the barrel of such firearm.
The Secretary of Commerce may provide for an alternate marking or device for any toy, look-alike, or imitation firearm not capable of being marked as provided in paragraph (1) and may waive the requirement of any such marking or device for any toy, look-alike, or imitation firearm that will only be used in the theatrical, movie or television industry.
The Secretary is authorized to make adjustments and changes in the marking system provided for by this section, after consulting with interested persons.

  3. Are Airsoft Guns legal?

Yes! Airsoft guns are legal in most countries without the need for a license, including the United States (except in a few States), England, France, Norway, Sweden, Argentina, Russia, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, and many other places. Some countries such as the United States requires that all imported airsoft guns have painted orange barrel tips. Other countries like England and France require nothing at all and airsoft guns can be imported in their original state.

Note that on some airsoft guns, there is no flash hider, or it is not removable. In those instances, we will paint the tip orange. Removing the orange paint is possible with paint thinner but again, we do not encourage it for legal reasons.

  4. Where is Airsoft not legal?

Airsoft is considered illegal in countries such as Singapore, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Germany (only semi-auto airsoft like pistols is legal, full automatic airsoft is illegal), Australia and certain states within the United States (e.g., New York City Metro (5 boroughs), Michigan, Washington DC). We have, however, been successful in making deliveries to certain countries / cities / states where airsoft is considered illegal. Enforcement of this law varies from country to country, and state to state.

  5. Airsoft legal Canada / Australia / New Zealand / Germany / Singapore / Malaysia / Indonesia / Thailand ?

For Canada / Australia / New Zealand / Germany / Singapore / Malaysia / Indonesia / Thailand , you may only import SEMI-AUTO guns. Even if a full-auto gun is modified into a semi-auto shooting gun, New Zealand and German customs will still confiscate it unless you have a firearms import license.

For Canada / Australia / New Zealand / Germany / Singapore / Malaysia / Indonesia / Thailand , airsoft is very much out of the question and are completely banned, unless you have special government approval or authorization to import

*** Some customers ask if we can ship guns into Canada / Australia / New Zealand / Germany / Singapore / Malaysia / Indonesia / Thailand in pieces and what the chances of success is. Shipping in disassembled pieces using separate packages into Canada / Australia is possible but chances are really 50/50 with no guarantee of success. Of course if you elect to go this route and accept the chance of seizure, we would be more than happy to help. However if a seizure does occur due to bad luck, we cannot be held responsible for refunds or re-shipments. The risk is borne entirely by the customer.
