    Order processing are manually operated. It causes the order status to failed to update.

    The shipping charges is different for every single product ,

    you can put all the items you want in your shopping cart to look for the shipping charges.

  6. I have made the payment, why my order status remains "Payment failed"?


    It could be the problem for the unsuccessful payment transaction ,

    Please check your PayPal account and find the unique transaction id.

    If there is any transaction id found, you can send us the id : tiger111hk2@yahoo.com.hk for comfirmation.

    We will re-active you order and process it once the payment is confirmed right away.

  7. Is it necessary for a tracking number?

     


    We think it provides a better secure for the customer if there is a tracking number for the package.

    It helps us to check the package status from Hong Kong Post or your local post office.

    Besides, if there is a problem for  package lost. 

    The tracking number assist the investigation of the package status, we will have a greater chance in chasing the package.

  8. What can I do if the package is lost?


    Please contact us if you cannot get your package if you have waited for a long time.

    We can help you to send an enquiry to Hong Kong Post for an investigation for the package status.

    But the package should got its own tracking number.

    We will contact you once we get the answer from the Hong Kong Post.

  9. What should I do if I received a damaged or not working item?


    We will check every items before we ship the package. (The damage could be happened by the delivery.)

    You can contact us once you discover the problem, send us more related information ( you can send us photo or video) for your product.

    It could help us to have a better understanding to the product condition.

    We can make the replacement or other arrangement for the product depands on the situation.

  10. When my order arrive ?


    If all items in your order is ready, we can deliver the package very soon.

    The time for delivery is based on what shipping method you choose.


    For the EMS, it is express service and you should receive the package around 3-5 working days ( worldwide delivery)

    If you have chosen register air mail or small air parcel , it usually needs around 7-14 working days for the delivery.

    And surface mail is by ship not plane, the delivery time is longer, it needs more than 1 month for the delivery.

    You can have a check from the Hong Kong Post tracking system : http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp


    Input the tracking number and the package status would be shown.

    Also, the tracking number should be valid soon from your local Post Office tracking system.

  12. Which countries you are willing to ship??


    We can send the product all over the world.

    However, we are not guarantee that all the package could be sent successfully.

    As there are scanning from the post office and Customs.

     

    So that it is better if there is a tracking number for your package.

    It helps checking the package status when the package is under delivering.

  14. Why have receive a mail said the pacakge have been deliver but haven't receive it? (only have the tracking number)


    The date which show in our website is the date we send your package to the post office.

    The real deliver date is the date which show in the post office; if the pacakge have the tracking number.
