  1. Airsoft Gun(s) Shipping Method & Fee ?


    We ship airsoft guns by register air mail / EMS or surface mail.

    For some countries, e.g. Brazil / Canada / Agentina
    There are restrictions for importing airsoft guns via airmail.

    We recommend customers use surface mail to avoiding the Customs confiscation or returning the parcels.
    However, surface mail may need more time for the delivery.

    Apart from that, we provide disassembly service.
    We can disassemble the guns if possible and send in different packages.

    Please make the request when you are ordering and contact our staffs for your requests.

  2. Which country do you ship to?


    We can send the product all over the world.

    However, we are not guarantee that all the package could be sent successfully.

    As there are scanning from the post office and Customs.

     

    So that it is better if there is a tracking number for your package.

    It helps us to check the package status when the package is under delivering.

  3. Which courier Tiger111hk use for the delivery?


    We use Hong Kong Post or SF Express for the delivery.
    Also, we provide other express company, such FedEx, DHL or UPS.

  4. How can I know the shipping fees?


    The shipping charges is different for every item as weights vary.

    You can check the shipping fees by putting all the items you want to buy in your shopping cart.

    Please make sure you have select the correct shipping country as charges are different in different shipping zones as well.

  5. Do you Ship to P.O. Box and APO ?


    Please note that we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes .
    We will ship by Hong kong Post office EMS Express For APO Buyer, but the Airsoft guns could be seizured by custom.

    We cannot be held responsible for refunds or re-shipments .

  6. Is it necessary for a tracking number?


    It is more secure if with a tracking number for your parcel.
    As if the parcel is lost or have not been delivered after a period of time.
    We can to check the status by the tracking number from Hong Kong Post or your local post office.
    Thus, we will have a greater chance to find the parcels.

  7. Where should I use for my tracking number?


    You can have a check from the Hong Kong Post tracking system.

    For the Hong Post tracking system, please go to https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/mail_tracking/index.html
    Input the tracking number and the package status would be shown.
    The tracking number should be valid soon from your local Post Office tracking system.

  8. When will I receive my package?


    If all items in your order is ready, we will send out the parcel in 2 working days.
    The duration of delivery depends on which shipping method you choose.


    International buyer:

    For EMS, it is express service and you should receive the package around 3-5 working days(worldwide delivery)
    For registered air mail or small air parcel, it usually takes around 10-20 working days for delivery.
    For surface mail, which is by ship instead of plane, it takes around 4-12 weeks for delivery.

    Hong Kong buyer:

    For EMS, it is express service and you should receive the package around 3-5 working days.
    For surface mail, it will take 7-14 working days.

  9. Why I cannot select Surface Mail as my shipping option?


    As surface mail may not available for all countries or some special items, please select airmail as your option and make a remark about selecting surface mail. We send you an email to confirm with you.

  10. Why I received an email which said the parcels had deliverd but I still have not receive it? (Only for orders with tracking number)


    *****This only apply for orders which have tracking number.*****

    The parcel need about 7~15 working days to be deliverd to you.

    Also, the shipping day indicated in our website may not be the actual shipping date.
    The actual shipping day is the day when the Post office post the parcel out.

    The email only tell you the update status of your parcel from our company.

  11. How do you pack the item?


    We try our best to protect the products by wrapping with bubble wrap before puting them in an envelope or box, to decrease the chances of being damaged.

  12. Can you declare the value and the description content with the package that what I want?


    Yes, we can do it, please write it down to the blank box in the checkout page.

    (P.S. Your local Customs may doubt the value and description content of the package, so you must understand and take the risk by yourself.)

  13. If I have the authorized document by Army/ Customs, can you follow my instruction to ship the item?


    Yes, we can but Hong Kong Post may return the package to us because it is a prohibited item to your country. You must take this risk.

  14. If the package is loss while in transit, will you liable it?


    We will ONLY refund or resend the items if you selected a shipping method with tracking number.
    We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of those shipment without tracking number.

    Therefore we suggest customers select registration for security.

  15. What to do if I have not received the parcels after the estimated shipping time?


    If you have a tracking number, please contact us.
    We can inquire the Hong Kong Post to check the shipping status.
    We will contact you once we got replys from Hong Kong Post.

  16. What should I do if I received a damaged or not working item?


    We will check every items before we ship the package. Damages could be happened during delivery.

    You can contact us once you discover the problem, and send us related information ( you can send us photo or video) for your product.

    It could help us to have a better understanding to the product condition.

    We can make the replacement or other arrangement for the product depands on the situation.

  17. If Paypal address (billing address) and shipping address are different, can you ship to my shipping address?


    If you have your own Paypal account, please add/ change your shipping address in your Paypal account.

    Otherwise, you have to take your own risk for delivery failure.
