    If you have not added the registration for a tracking number,

    We won't refund money when the mail lose.

    First of all, the currency of the payment is HKD in Paypal, please read it carefully.

    Second, if you exchange the currency of your country to HKD directly (not USD to HKD), then the final amount in Paypal maybe higher or lower than the real total amount on the Tiger111HK checkout page.

    So, we suggest you exchange the currency to USD before you pay the payment.

    It could be the problem for the unsuccessful payment transaction.

    We think it provides a better secure for the customer if there is a tracking number for the package.

    It helps us to check the package status from Hong Kong Post or your local post office.

    Besides, if there is a problem for  package lost. 

    The tracking number assist the investigation of the package status, we will have a greater chance in chasing the package.

  14. When do I receive my package?


    If all items in your order is ready, we can deliver the package very soon.

    The time for delivery is based on what shipping method you choose.

     

    International buyer:
    For the EMS, it is express service and you should receive the package around 3-5 working days ( worldwide delivery)

    If you have chosen register air mail or small air parcel , it usually needs around 10-20 working days for the delivery.

    And surface mail is by ship not plane, the delivery time is longer, it needs around 4-12 weeks working days for the delivery.

     

    Hong Kong buyer:
    For the EMS, it is express service and you should receive the package around 3-5 working days.

    If you choose surface mail, it will take 7-14 working days to deliver to you.

    You can have a check from the Hong Kong Post tracking system.

    For the Hong Post tracking system, please go to http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp
    Input the tracking number and the package status would be shown.
    The tracking number should be valid soon from your local Post Office tracking system.

    We can send the product all over the world.

    However, we are not guarantee that all the package could be sent successfully.

    As there are scanning from the post office and Customs.

    The real deliver date is the date which show in the post office if the pacakge have the tracking number.
