How many types of the order status ?
There are 8 status:
1. Paypal Processing : Completed place an order on our website and send out your order, but have not completed your payment.
2. Paypal Payment Completed : Completed payment on Paypal and success credit on your crdit card. Your order status will change to Paypal Payment Completed and you will received a email from Tiger111hk. ( If you have completed payment and success credit on our credit card, but your order have not change to Paypal Payment Completed. Please contact us or live_chat with us. )
3. On Hold : If your order have any problems or payment problems, Tiger111hk will on hold your order. And you will received a email from Tiger111hk about the problem of your order. Please reply Tiger111hk's email as soon as possible.
4. Canceled : If you want to cancell your order, please contact Tiger111hk's colleagues.
5. Payment Failed : Success place an order on our website but have not completed payment. Or Tiger111hk's colleagues have not received that order's Paypal Transaction ID.
If you have made the payment, you can send the transaction id to us for confirmation.
6. Waiting Package : Tiger111hk packing your order and send out.
7. Delivered : Except Surface Mail without tracking number.
Select the shipping method by register air mail , express mail service will received the tracking number.
8. Waiting Reply Email : Tiger111hk sent a email to you about your order and waiting for your reply.
